Lead Business Analyst (Power Platform) | Contract

Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst Lead to join our team in Hong Kong. This role focuses on driving automation initiatives through the Power Platform and supporting cross-functional collaboration between business users, IT teams, and solution designers. The ideal candidate will be experienced in low-code projects, especially Power Platform, and will act as a strategic advisor to help identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and support business users in evaluating and prioritizing automation ideas using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Promote reusability and innovation by leveraging existing solutions and designing scalable, efficient automation frameworks.
- Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, and developers to ensure alignment on requirements and solution design.
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to uncover automation opportunities and gather comprehensive business requirements.
- Create detailed documentation to support design, development, and delivery phases.
- Work closely with Hyperautomation Solution Designers to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical standards.
- Support development and operations teams during solution delivery and ongoing support.
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of business analysis frameworks, templates, and processes.
- Stay current on advancements within Blue Prism, Power Platform, and other automation tools to inform solution design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on low-code projects involving Power Platform.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation for automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Power Platform development lifecycle, and experience integrating with technologies like RPA is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with a proactive and self-starting attitude.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments and a high degree of ownership and initiative.
